I have been trying to eat healthy. Healthier would be more honest and with mixed success. Who wants bananas dipped in peanut butter when you could have a banana split? I don’t really want to pick frozen grapes over frozen yogurt. Do you? One thing that I am ok with though is smoothies and slushies. they are almost as tasty as milk shakes (most of the time.) This video from Little Things shows how you can make a delicious frozen slushie without a messy blender.
This is a really simple DIY. You need some juice, plastic baggies, some ice, and salt. I recommend gloves or a towel too or your fingers will get cold! This is a great way to make your own ice cream too. 5 or 10 minutes is all it takes to get a tasty treat! Enjoy!
Buzzfeed has a roundup that looks quite tasty and healthy. They have ‘24 healthy ways to satisfy your sweet tooth.’ Yum! I’ve personally tried the avocado pudding and it was pretty tasty. It did taste ‘ healthy’ but overall good.
