Maybe banana bread isn’t your thing but there is another dish using this tasty fruit that may be right up your alley. Bread to banana splits, there is one thing all of these dishes have in common… the bananas have to be ripe. This hack from Little Things shows how to instantly ripen them for any occasion or recipe.
This hack is brilliant! And easy. All you need is an oven, some parchment paper, a baking sheet, and of course bananas. 300 degrees and 40 minutes later (plus 30 minutes cooling time) will give you instantly ripe (overly ripe) bananas!
