I don’t like bell peppers. I know that’s a strange food not to like but guilty as charged. Just because I don’t like them doesn’t mean they aren’t always in the fridge. Everyone else likes them. Lame. (They also all like tomatoes…which I can’t stand!) This video from Little Things has a technique for cutting peppers that everyone should be using. Maybe you’re a pro and knew about it already but for non-gourmet chefs and anti-bell pepper lovers like me, it was very helpful.
No special tools required for this hack. Grab your knife, cutting board, and peppers. I love how this method doesn’t waste the top or get seeds everywhere. I do that each and every time. This is a sure fire win!
